TREE (Training Resources for Early Education) is based in Durban KZN and works with local urban pre-schools as well as providing training and resources for the many pre-schools and creche’s in under resourced rural communities.

Today is World Aids DayToday we remember everyone in KwaZulu-Natal who is affected by the other viral pandemic, HIV Aids.In the 40 years since its discovery much progress has been made in enabling people to live with the effects of it. But we must remember that it has deeply impacted on the community of Centocow. There are many orphaned children being brought up by relatives, neighbours and Gogos Those who are HIV+ are living with a compromised immune system and are therefore are at greater risk of dying from other diseases, and especially from Covid. Because of their rural location and limited transport facilities the communities around Centocow have limited access to the Covid vaccine but when you are living with weak immunity it is even more important to be fully vaccinated against the latest viral pandemic.Please help us support the community of Centocow at this difficult time. ... The Lorry with over 2 tonnes of porridge arrived at Mpumlwane Library late Wednesday afternoon. These are just a few pictures showing us making some deliveries to the pre-schools on ThursdayWe managed to deliver nearly half of it., before Heritage day on Friday, the rest will be delivered next week.
